All you need is a spiralizer and a package of Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna to make a high protein, simple dinner recipe in no time at all.
The gym has officially been open for 4 weeks now! The time has seriously flown by, I’ve met some incredible ladies and we are so excited to see where the next year takes us! Part of what has made this so successful for us is my ability to have a quick and healthy meal after training. I am in the gym training from 5am to 7pm everyday. Yes I get breaks in the middle of the day, but I always have to have something easy for dinner. I’m usually on my last bit of energy for the day by 8pm when we get home, and cooking an elaborate meal is at the bottom of my priority list. But let’s be honest, my food has to taste good and I’m not settling on that one!
Maybe you are in the same boat with the holiday season coming up. You’re busy all day and any extra time you have is taken up by running to the store, visiting a friend, attending an event or show for the holidays. I get it! That’s why you have to stock your freezer with these awesome Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna packs. They are literally the easiest thing ever! All you have to do is put them in the fridge before you leave in the morning and by the afternoon they are defrosted and ready to eat. No cooking required! Yes it’s really that simple!
Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna is the first ever sushi quality “Thaw and serve” packaged seafood product. It stays frozen during the processing and never fully defrosted or re-frozen during preparation, so Bumble Bee SuperFresh® can guarantee it’s quality is on par with what you expect from fine chefs who know how to source the best product for their restaurants.
And I’m taking that no cooking required to the next level by making a simple zoodle bowl with an Asian twist. All you need is a few ingredients, a little chopping and viola, the perfect dinner for those hectic nights! My favorite part is that I don’t have to worry about setting off the smoke detector while trying to cook the tuna at a high enough heat to sear the outside and not overcook the inside. Everytime I try to make it at home, I usually have an overcooked mess on my hands. This helps guarantee that I will actually love my meal, instead of stressing about if it’s going to be overcooked then choking it down when it is.
I have to admit when I first read the package and the only instructions were to defrost and eat, I was a bit skeptical. But all of that disappeared when dinner was ready in 5 minutes and it tasted amazing!
Bumble Bee SuperFresh® smells and tastes amazing. No fishy smells here. Because you prepare Bumble Bee SuperFresh® straight from the freezer, there isn’t any smell associated with thawing fish. Bumble Bee SuperFresh® frozen protein has stayed that way from harvest to your oven unlike most of the “fresh” fish you find at the seafood counter. That means it is fresh tasting, and fresh smelling.
