This week I’m going to share with you my favorite eat from the week, this amazing thin mint smoothie! I’ve been cooking a bit more this week but also discovered a green thin mint smoothie combination I can’t get enough of!
I’ve gotta share the thin mint smoothie recipe because it’s so good. I’ve had it for 7 days straight. Going to have to figure out how to make this into a thin mint oatmeal soon!
Thin Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is bursting with delicious chocolatey mint flavor! Super quick, super delicious, super healthy and super minty! Protein packed!
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth. I've been adding almond butter to this mix as well if I just get back from a run or morning workout.
We made it out on Saturday night to have dinner at Zoe’s Kitchen. I had this quinoa salad with salmon skewers it was delis. Saturday Dave and I did SPIN early and we’re just out and about.
