½ cup strawberries, ½ cup mango, ½ banana, 1 cup dairy free milk, 1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder

Don't have frozen fruit on hand? Use fresh fruit but add 1/2 - 1 cup of ice to get that creamy, cold smoothie you are craving. If you have time to prep the night before, you can also freeze fresh fruit for smoothies easily. Want a thinner, more sippable smoothie? If you want a thinner smoothie, add a little more dairy free milk before blending. Making this into a smoothie bowl? This smoothie is already pretty thick but if you need it even thicker, slightly reduce the liquid or add something like oats (about 1/4 cup).
