Mango Blackberry Smoothie is quick, easy to make with simple ingredients in just 5 minutes. This Blackberry Mango Smoothie is sweet, refreshing and great for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Measure out all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend on high (about 1 minute) until smooth.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for best texture. Frozen fruit blends up and creates the perfect creamy consistency without the need for added ice. If you need to use fresh fruit, add ½-1 cup of ice (and reduce the milk by ¼ cup) to create the same consistency.
This smoothie is very thick and creamy and would be great as a mango blackberry smoothie bowl as well. Add your favorite toppings and eat with a spoon from a bowl.
Be sure to use a high speed blender to ensure that the blackberry seeds get pulverized (so they don't get stuck in your teeth or back of your throat). If you don't have a high speed blender, use blueberries, raspberries or strawberries in place of the blackberries.
