These strawberry yogurt popsicles are creamy, refreshing, and made with real fruit. An easy frozen treat with simple ingredients and a little extra protein.

Add the frozen strawberries to a food processor or high speed blender pulse until broken up (will not be smooth)
1 bag frozen strawberries (14 oz)
Add the banana to the food processor and blend. The mixture will get smooth at this point.
1 large banana
Add the yogurt and blend well to make sure it is well incorporated.
1 cup greek yogurt
Taste the mixture, if needed add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey and blend well

Use a spoon to divide the mixture between the popsicle molds. If you have extra, store it in ice cube molds for smoothies.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes
Let popsicles sit before removing - Let the popsicles sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before removing them from the mold so they release more easily.
Or run under water briefly - If you’re short on time, run the molds under room temperature water for a few seconds to help loosen them. Avoid hot water so they don’t melt too quickly.
Using fresh strawberries? 1 pound of fresh strawberries, hulled (stems removed) can be used in place of frozen strawberries.
