This pineapple matcha smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein. Made with spinach, cashews, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder, it’s a filling breakfast or snack with a natural energy boost from matcha.
Measure all the ingredients and put them into a high-speed blender.
1 cup frozen pineapple, ½ cup frozen spniach, 1 serving vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons cashews, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 cup dairy free milk, 1 medjool date, 1 teaspoon matcha
Blend on high until it is smooth and creamy.
Notes
Use frozen pineapple and spinach for the best thick, creamy texture. If using fresh, add ¼–½ cup ice.
Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest consistency. If your blender isn’t very strong, blend the pineapple, spinach, and milk first, then add the remaining ingredients.
