Cut the salmon into 1-2 inch cubes. You can use sharp kitchen shears or a knife and cutting board.
1 pound salmon
Add the salmon chunks into a bowl. Add the oil and spices to the salmon then stir well.
1 pound salmon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Transfer the salmon cubes to the air fryer. I like to put down a silicone liner or parchment paper liner into basket first. Be sure that the salmon is in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400F for 6 minutes.

Tips for success
Use skinless salmon for best results. If using skin-on salmon, have the skin facing up so it will get crispy as it cooks.
I recommend using kitchen shears for cutting the salmon quickly.
For easy clean up and to prevent sticking: Line your air fryer basket with a silicone mat or parchment paper
Use silicone-tipped tongs or spatula to protect your air fryer's coating
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, cook in batches if doubling the recipe (the second batch may cook quicker, check at 5 minutes.
Storing leftovers
Fridge: in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 375 for 3-4 minutes or serve cold or at room temperature.
