Air fryer radishes are quick, easy and the perfect side dish to any meal. A great low carb alternative to potatoes, roasted radishes made in the air fryer are ready in 20 minutes and are naturally vegan, paleo, Whole30 and gluten free.

Start by cutting the radishes. Trim off the top and the bottom then cut the radish in half or quarters depending on the size.
Put cut radishes into a large bowl. Add olive oil and spices, Stir well to coat the radishes well.
Place radishes in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 390F for 18 minutes.
Pause the air fryer a few times during cooking to shake the basket.
Serve hot.

Top tips:Ensure the radishes are the same thickness before cooking. Cut most radishes in half, and large radishes in quarters.Olive oil helps to ensure that the spices will stick to the radishes and that the radishes will get slightly crisp on the outside when cooking. Eat the radishes hot out of the air fryer. The longer they sit after cooking, the softer they get (and the outside becomes less crispy).Storing leftoversFridge: Store leftover air fryer radish in a well-sealed container for up to 3 days. Reheat the radishes in the air fryer 375F for 3-4 minutes.How to make roasted radishes in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Cut the radish, coat them in olive oil and spices. Add them to a parchment paper or silicone lined baking sheet.
Roast the radishes in the 450F oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and return to the oven for 5-10 more minutes until roasted.
