  • Mash the banana in a bowl or mug
  • Add the applesauce, egg whites and stir well
  • Add the chocolate Vega Performance Protein Powder and stir well to incorporate
  • Add the baking powder and optional chocolate chips and stir until well incorporated
  • Make sure the batter is as flat as possible across the bowl
  • Microwave for 1:45 seconds
  • Enjoy!
