Easy Paleo Cherry Barbecue Sauce
This naturally sweetened barbecue sauce is ready in under 10 minutes and so easy to make! Vegan, paleo, gluten free and full of flavor! This simple recipe is perfect even for beginners!

On the stove, combine the tomatoes, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, molasses and salt. Cook over medium heat until just starting to bubble. Add the frozen cherries and cook 2-3 minutes.
Blend the sauce with an immersion blender or in the blender once the cherries have defrosted. Add the maple syrup, garlic powder and cumin. Add hot sauce to taste.
Cook 3-5 minutes to allow all the flavors to come together.
Store in mason jar with tight fitting lid. Let come down to room temperature before storing in fridge.
