Tip: You may prefer a sweeter version of this dressing. If that is the case, you may need to increase this to up to 4 medjool dates (or up to 1/4 cup maple syrup). Substitutions:
Medjool dates: If you do not have dates, you can use maple syrup instead (2 tablespoons).
Coconut aminos: You can use soy sauce, liquid aminos or tamari
Dried chopped onion: You can also use dried chopped garlic or 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
