sweet potato, cooked

dairy free milk

scoop
vanilla vegan protein powder
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
vanilla extract

tbsp
almond butter
Instructions
Microwave the sweet potato for 5 minutes (prick a few holes in the skin so it doesn't explode). Be sure it's cooked all the way through.
Peel the skin from the sweet potato. It should come off easily with your fingers.
Mash the sweet potato with your fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve hot or cold
