This buffalo tuna salad is creamy, spicy, and ready in just 5 minutes. Made with canned tuna, hot sauce, crunchy vegetables, and a creamy tahini dressing instead of mayo, it’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, crackers, or easy high protein lunches.
In a bowl add the tahini, hot sauce and spices. Stir well.
1.5 tablespoons tahini, ¼ cup hot sauce, ¾ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

2 medium celery stalks, chopped, 2 tablespoons chopped red onion, 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Drain the tuna, add it to the bowl with the veggies and hot sauce mixture. Stir well until everything is well coated in buffalo sauce.

Notes
Drain the tuna well - Be sure to drain off the liquid from the tuna before mixing the salad together.
Using buffalo sauce instead of hot sauce? - If using prepared buffalo sauce, start without the tahini and add it 1 tablespoon at a time if needed. Buffalo sauce is often creamy enough on its own.
Adjust the spice level - Add more hot sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, or cayenne pepper if you want it spicier.
Store leftovers in a well sealed container for up to 3 days.
