Grain Free Pumpkin Cauliflower Oatmeal

riced cauliflower

cooked

pumpkin puree
1/3-1/2
cup
coconut milk

tbs.
pumpkin seeds
Drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
In a small bowl, microwave the riced cauliflower for 4-5 minutes if you haven't already had a chance to steam it earlier in the week.
To the riced cauliflower add pumpkin puree and 1/3 cup of milk.
Stir in the protien powder and pumpkin spice. Add more milk if necessary until you get a creamy dreamy consistency.
Top with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
