Air Fryer Pears
Cinnamon sugar air fryer pears are so easy to make and take just 10 minutes. Baked pears in the air fryer are so flavorful and perfect for dessert, snacking or even breakfast! Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and paleo friendly.
In a small bowl combine 3 tablespoons oats, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Combine these ingredients in a bowl and spoon them over the pears after sprinkling the pears with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350F for 9 minutes to help prevent the oat topping from burning.
Top tipsYou don't have to peel the pears before cooking them. If you choose to peel the pears, be sure to put down parchment paper to make clean up easier. Use ripe pears (they should be firm, not hard, and not mushy). Using overripe pears will turn to mush when cooked. Using pears that are too firm, the pears may not get soft during the time indicated to cook.
