This 2 minutes homemade ketchup is so simple to make! This recipe is just as good as store-bought but with incredible ingredients you will feel good about! Plus it's low FODMAP (if that's important to you).
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. *If you are using dates, blend in a high speed blender.
6 oz organic tomato paste, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar , 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ½ tablespoon maple syrup , ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon dry mustard, 1/16 teaspoon cloves , ½ tablespoon garlic olive oil , ¼ cup water
Be sure the ketchup is well combined before adding to a well sealed container for up to 1 week.
