Instructions
Add ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
¾ cup frozen spinach,
½ cup frozen blueberries,
1 tablespoon flax seeds,
1 tablespoon coconut butter,
1 serving vanilla protein powder,
1/2 - 1 cup dairy free milk
Blend 1-2 minutes in a high speed blender until smooth.
