Breakfast Parfait

Start your day with a breakfast parfait! This healthy parfait will is an easy, wholesome way to start the day! No added sugar! Packed with protein, this gluten free, vegan breakfast will keep you full for hours.

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt - or yogurt of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder - Nuzest vanilla
  • 1-2 tbs. blueberry jam or jelly - or flavor of your choice
  • 1-2 handfuls of granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries


  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt and protein powder.
  • In a mason jar or container of choice, layer your breakfast parfait. Add 1/2 of the yogurt mixture. Top with blueberry jam, a layer of blueberries then the granola.
  • Add the rest of the yogurt mixture and top with raspberries.
  • Serve cold. This can be made ahead of time (overnight) and enjoyed anytime.
