Place spinach in a large glass bowl and microwave 1:30. Let sit 1 minute, then wring out all the water by squeezing it over the sink through strainer or using your hands. Be careful, it's hot!
Chop sundried tomatoes. Add to bowl of drained spinach
Add salt, pizza seasoning and herb griller mairinade. Stir well
Add ground turkey, tomato paste, balsaimc vinegar and stir well.
Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon, divide out the mixture onto a parchament paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping half way
Sweet potato slider buns:
Cut 2 large sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch wide rounds. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchament paper.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping half way.
