INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breast) - 1.5 tablespoons taco seasoning - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 cup water

Step 1

Add chicken, water, taco seasoning and salt to instant pot.

Cook high pressure 13 minutes for thighs (15 minutes for chicken breast). Allow pressure to naturally release.

Once pressure is released, shred chicken with 2 forks or hand mixer.
