Step 1

Add the oats, maple syrup, avocado oil and cinnamon in a large bowl.


Step 2

Stir well 1-2 minutes until all the oats are well coated in the cinnamon maple mixture.


Step 3

Add parchment paper to a baking sheet and flatten the oat mixture down with a spoon in a single layer.


Step 4

Bake in a 350F oven for 21 minutes. Allow granola to cool at least 15-20 minutes before breaking into clusters.
