– Cashews – White beans – Vegetable broth – Lemon juice – Salt – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning – Crushed red pepper flakes – Pasta – Broccoli

Step 1

Bring pot of water to a boil. Soak the cashews in boiling hot water. Rinse and drain the white beans.


Step 2

Chop the broccoli into small bite size pieces.


Step 3

Cook the pasta according to directions on box. During last minute of cooking, add broccoli.


Step 4

Make the creamy pasta sauce by combining cashews, beans, vegetable broth, lemon juice, and spices.


Step 5

Return pasta and broccoli to the pot. Add the dairy free sauce and stir well. Serve hot.
