The Best Sweet and Sour Chicken Meatballs

– Ground chicken – Coconut aminos – Almond flour – Salt – Garlic powder – Dried chives (optional) – Rice wine vinegar – Ketchup – Maple syrup – Water – Arrowroot

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Combine the coconut aminos, maple syrup, almond flour, and spices then add the ground chicken.


Step 2

Scoop out 1-1.5 tablespoons worth of the chicken mixture and roll into balls.


Step 3

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.


Step 4

Add the ingredients to the sweet and sour sauce to a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until thickened.


Step 5

Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the chicken meatballs and stir well. Serve hot.
