The Best  Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef

– Stew beef – Balsamic vinegar – Water – Coconut aminos (or soy sauce) – Garlic powder – Salt – Bay leaves – Rosemary & thyme (optional)

Step 1

Add the beef to the bottom of the crockpot. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over top.


Step 2

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.


Step 3

Shred the beef then add it back to the juices it cooked in.


– 1 tbsp. arrowroot (or cornstarch) – 1 tbsp water

To make gravy:

Mix arrowroot and water in a bowl to ensure no lumps. Add to a pot with the juice from the beef. Simmer until thick.
