INGREDIENTS

– Shelled sunflower seeds – Maple syrup – Pumpkin spice – Cinnamon – Coconut oil (or avocado oil) – Salt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. In a large bowl, add the sunflower seed, maple syrup, spices, melted coconut oil and salt. Stir well to combine.

Add parchment paper to a baking sheet. Add the spiced sunflower seeds and spread out the seeds out into a single layer.

Bake at 400F for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down 5-10 minutes.
