The Best  Protein Cookie Dough


Protein cookie dough is so easy to make and the perfect healthy snack or dessert. Made with protein powder, this vegan protein cookie dough is gluten free and can even be made into cookies.

– Almond flour – Protein powder – Dairy free milk – Tahini (or nut butter of choice) – Maple syrup – Vanilla extract (optional) – Chocolate chips (or other mix-ins)

Step 1

Add the almond flour, protein powder, tahini, dairy free milk, maple syrup and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well to combine.


Step 2

Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough mixture and stir until they are well distributed. 


Step 3

You can make these into cookies by adding 1 egg and baking powder. Bake at 350F for 11 minutes. 


– Coconut flakes – Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, dates, etc.) – Chopped nuts or seeds – Almond extract  – Sprinkles – Cacao powder – Spices: Cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, ground ginger – Flakey sea salt
