Step 1

Mash bananas in a large bowl.

Add the ground flax, dairy free milk and maple syrup to the bananas, stir well.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix well. The batter will be thick.

Line a loaf pan with parchment. Add the batter. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes.
