The Best Pineapple Coleslaw

– Cabbage – Red onion – Cilantro – Canned/fresh pineapple chunks – Apple cider vinegar – Olive oil – Salt – Cumin – Red pepper flakes

Step 1

Shred the cabbage, thinly slice the onions, chop cilantro and chop the pineapple.


Step 2

To a large bowl combine the cilantro, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and spices. Stir well.


Step 3

Add the chopped onions, cilantro and pineapple to the slaw mixture. Stir well


Step 4

Serve immediately or refrigerate 1-2 hours.
