– Dairy free chocolate chips – Peanut butter – Protein powder – Maple syrup – Flaky salt (optional)

Step 1

Add chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon peanut butter to a microwave safe cup. Microwave 1-1:30, stir until melted.


Step 2


Make the filling, combine peanut butter, protein powder and maple syrup. Stir until fully combined.

Step 3

Add 1 teaspoon melted chocolate to the bottom of  12 muffin liners.


Step 4

Roll 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture into a ball then flatten. Place on top of melted chocolate.


Step 5

Top the peanut butter with 1 teaspoon melted chocolate. Be sure to spread it out to cover the peanut butter. Add flaky salt.


Step 6

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate is fully set. Store in freezer up to 3 months. Be sure to let them rest on counter 10 minutes before enjoying.
