– Mushrooms
– Salt
– Dried Thyme
– Tomato Paste
– Balsamic Vinegar
– Coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
– Chopped walnuts
– Kale, arugula or spinach

Cut the zucchini in half, scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Discard the seeds
