– Onion – Sliced mushrooms – Fresh thyme – Salt – Garlic powder – Bay leaves – Coconut aminos – Vegetable broth – Dairy free milk – Arrowroot or cornstarch

Step 1

Start by chopping the onion and slicing the mushrooms.


Step 2

Add the onions to a preheated pot and cook 3-4 minutes until softened.


Step 3

Add the mushrooms to the pot with the cooked onions and cook 5-6 minutes.


Step 4

Add fresh thyme, salt, garlic powder, bay leaves and coconut aminos. Stir well.


Step 5

Add the arrowroot powder to the vegetable broth and stir well to ensure all the arrowroot is dissolved.


Step 6

Add the vegetable broth mixture and the dairy free milk to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes to thicken.
