INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 zucchini, shredded - 1 tbsp. dried chives - 1 tsp. dried parsley - 1/2 tsp. dried dill - 1/4 tsp. ground sage - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1 tbsp. olive oil - 2 tbsp. almond flour - 1 pound ground turkey - 1 tbsp coconut aminos or gf soy sauce

Step 1

Grate the zucchini and press out all the water. Add the spices, olive oil and almond flour and stir well.

Add the ground turkey and mix well until combined. Don't overmix.

Form the mini meatloaves by dividing the mixture in quarters and shaping into loaves.

Spoon coconut aminos over the top before baking in a 425F oven for 22 minutes.

After 22 minutes of baking, check temperature to ensure 165F in thickest part of the meatloaf.
