– Jasmine rice (or basmati rice) – Chicken thighs – Water – Coconut aminos (or soy sauce) – Olive oil – Garlic powder – Salt – Dried thyme

Step 1

Rinse the rice and add it to the instant pot. Cut chicken into cubes and add over the rice. Do not stir.


Step 2

Add water, coconut aminos, olive oil and spices on top of the chicken/rice mixture. Do not stir.


Step 3

Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release at least 10 minutes. Stir well and serve hot.
