Medjool datesPeanut Butter (or Tahini)Maple SyrupPecans or peanutsDairy free chocolate

Step 1

Cut the date from top to bottom on one side to remove the pit.

In a bowl combine the peanut butter (or tahini) and maple syrup.

Put wax paper down on a baking sheet. Fill each date with the peanut butter mixture and stuff with pecans.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir well until fully melted

Dip the dates or in the metled chocolate (or pour it over each date) and set in the fridge or freezer to harden the chocolate.
