Healthy homemade taco seasoning is better than anything you can buy in stores and so easy to make! Takes just 5 minutes to make and is sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and grain free! This healthy recipe is Whole30, low carb and low FODMAP friendly!


– 2 tbsp. paprika – 1 tbsp. smoked paprika – 1 tbsp. ancho chili powder (or chili powder) – 1 tbsp. dried chives (or 2 tsp. garlic powder) – 1 tsp. oregano – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp. ground cumin


Measure all the ingredients in a small bowl or container.


Stir well to combine.


Use immediately or store in a airtight container for up to 6 months.

Use on ground beef, ground turkey, shrimp, veggies, black beans or tofu for a simple and healthy taco meal!
