– Avocado oil – Garlic – Chili flakes – Salt – Rice Noodles – Sesame oil – Coconut aminos – Rice wine vinegar – Bell peppers – Broccoli – Green onion

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Finely chop the garlic, broccoli and slice the peppers and green onion.


Step 2

Add avocado oil and garlic to a small pot. Put over medium heat and heat until the oil starts to bubble. Take off heat as it starts to bubble.


Step 3

Add the red pepper flakes and stir well. Let sit.


Step 4

Once water is boiling cook the noodles 1-2 minutes less than package indicates.


Step 5

During the last 2 minutes, add the broccoli and bell peppers to pot with pasta.


Step 6

Drain the noodles and veggies. Put back in the pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
