10 minute skillet taco chicken is so easy to make and perfect for weeknight meals. This cubed chicken cooked in the skillet is perfect for tacos, burritos, burrito bowls or salads.

– Taco seasoning – Red wine vinegar – Olive oil – Chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless)

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat. While skillet is preheating, cut chicken into cubes.


Step 2

Add taco seasoning, red wine vinegar and olive oil to the chicken. Stir well.


Step 3

Once skillet is hot, add the chicken and don't touch for 5 minutes.


Step 4

After 5 minutes, stir the chicken and cook another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
