– 4 cups broccoli florets – 1/4 medium red onion – 1 medium roasted red pepper – 1/4 cup artichoke hearts – 3 tbsp walnuts Lemon Tahini Dressing – 5 tbsp tahini – 3 tbsp water – 1 medium lemon, juiced – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp salt

Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces. Finely chop the onions, red bell pepper, artichoke hearts and walnuts.
