The Best Creamy Asian Slaw


Creamy Asian slaw is so easy to make and perfect for weeknight meals or even make ahead lunches. This slaw has a peanut lime dressing (no mayo).

– Red and green cabbage – Bell peppers – Carrots – Peanut butter – Rice wine vinegar – Coconut aminos – Sesame oil – Lime juice – Salt, garlic powder, ginger

Step 1

Thinly slice the cabbage, chop the bell peppers, shred the carrots.


Step 2

Make the dressing, combine the peanut butter, vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame oil and spices in a bowl.


Step 3

Add the veggies to a large bowl. Pour the peanut dressing over top.


Step 4

Toss well until everything is well coated (I like to use tongs for this).
