Step 1

Cut the top and bottom off the sweet potato. Stand the potato up on one end and cut 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices

Place sweet potato toast in air fryer basket. Turn on 360F for 16 minutes.

Pause the air fryer half way through and flip the sweet potato slices.

After cooking repeat with any remaining slices. The next round will only need to cook for 14-15 minutes.
