INGREDIENTS

– Chickpeas – Olive oil – Italian seasoning – Salt – Garlic powder

Step 1

Drain and rinse the chickpeas well. If you have time, let them soak in fresh water for 1-2 minutes.

Add drained chickpeas, olive oil and spices to a bowl. Stir well until chickpeas are well coated.

Roast chickpeas in air fryer at 375F for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, let chickpeas sit in air fryer basket 5 minutes before opening.
