Ready in just 16 minutes, these air fryer butternut squash cubes (or fries) are so easy to make and go perfectly with any meal!


- 1 large butternut squash - avocado oil or olive oil spray (no propellents) - 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)


Start by peeling the butternut squash and cutting it down into cubes or fries.


Add butternut squash cubes to air fryer basket. Spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt (optional).


Set air fryer to 375F for 16 minutes, shake basket 2-3 times during baking.

Follow the same instructions to make butternut squash fries!
