– 2 tbsp. paprika – 1 tbsp. smoked paprika – 1 tbsp. ancho chili powder (or chili powder) – 1 tbsp. dried chives (or 2 tsp. garlic powder) – 1 tsp. oregano – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
