2 cups cooked black beans

3 tbsp. ground flax

1 medium zucchini

1 tbsp chili powder
–
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1/2 tsp ground cumin (optional)

Rinse and drain the black beans.
Add the 1/2 of the black beans and ground flax to a large bowl. Mash the beans with a fork.
