INGREDIENTS

frozen cauliflower ricekalefresh flat leaf parsleyfresh cilantroavocado oil (or olive oil)limesgarlic powdersaltwalnutswater

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat cauliflower rice until defrosted and most of the water has evaporated.

Make chimichurri sauce: blend kale, parsley, cilantro, lime juice and avocado oil.

Add salt, garlic powder and walnuts to the food processor. Add water if needed.
