INGREDIENTS

4 cups broccoli florets1/4 medium red onion1 medium roasted red pepper1/4 cup artichoke hearts3 tbsp walnuts Lemon Tahini Dressing5 tbsp tahini3 tbsp water1 medium lemon, juiced1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces. Finely chop the onions, red bell pepper, artichoke hearts and walnuts.

Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl after chopping.

Combine the ingredients for the lemon tahini dressing in a bowl.
