– Carrots – Ground flax – Dairy free milk – Maple syrup – Rolled oats – Pecans (optional) – Cinnamon – Ground ginger – Baking powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the dairy free milk, ground flax and maple syrup. Stir well.

Add the oats, spices, grated carrots and baking powder to the bowl with the flax mixture. Stir well.

Chop the pecans and add them to the carrot oatmeal mixture.
