Carrot Fries (Whole30, Vegan)
Carrot fries are the perfect side dish! These fries are a great way to get in more veggies and are easy to make! This recipe is naturally vegan, gluten free, paleo and Whole30 friendly!
Cut the carrots into sticks, about the size of your pinky finger. (see post above for tips)
Place parchment paper or a silicone mat on a rimmed baking sheet. Add the carrots and drizzle 1 tbsp. avocado oil, the spices and arrowroot (optional).
Stir the carrots well until the seasoning has been distributed evenly.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and stir around. Bake for an additional 10 minutes
Take out of the oven and serve warm.

How to make Carrot Fries in the Air Fryer
Cut the carrots down into fries.
Add the fries to a bowl, toss with olive oil, spices and arrowroot.
Cook in the air fryer at 390F for 16 minutes, shaking the basket regularly (every 3-4 minutes) after the first 8 minutes pass.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days after cooking.To reheat, simply take out of fridge or freezer and reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes or cook in a preheated 400F oven for 10 minutes.
