2 Minute Homemade Ketchup

This 2 minutes homemade ketchup is so simple to make! It's low FODMAP, paleo, vegan and gluten free and tastes just like store-bought!

  • 6 oz organic tomato paste (one can)
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/16 tsp cloves just a tiny pinch
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water


  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine. Store in the refrigerator covered for up to 2 weeks.
