Ingredients

cup
dairy free milk
1/4
cup
applesauce

tbsp
ground flax

tbsp
cacao powder

vegan chocolate protein powder

baking powder

tsp
peppermint extract
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the non-dairy milk and applesauce. Add the ground flax and stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well making sure everything is fully combined
Divide between two ramekins (or one large ramekin) and microwave for 2 minutes
Let cool slightly. Serve warm or cold
